The service

Flux 3 Max AI (flux3maxai.com) is an independent AI video creation platform. We use Flux 3 Max through fal.ai. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Black Forest Labs. Model and provider names belong to their respective owners.

Accounts and content

Keep your account credentials secure. Only upload images and prompts you have the right to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive or rights-infringing content. Generated results may be inaccurate and are not guaranteed to be unique.

Credits and billing

The credit cost is displayed before submission and depends on duration and resolution. Confirmed generation failures return credits to their original grants and expiry dates. Requests with an uncertain provider response may remain pending while they are reconciled. Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled in account billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; the paid period remains available. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply.

Provider terms and availability

Your inputs are processed by fal.ai and its model providers. Use of generated outputs, including commercial use, is subject to applicable provider terms and the rights in your inputs. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particular results or third-party availability. Download completed videos you wish to keep; provider media URLs may expire.

Account closure and changes

You may request account deletion in your profile. Financial records may be retained where needed for billing, refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Material service or policy changes will be communicated through the site.
