What we process

We process account details, authentication sessions, prompts, uploaded images and keyframes, generated video metadata, task history, credit transactions, billing records and support messages to operate the service. A draft prompt and settings may be stored in your browser session so your work survives a refresh or language change.

Who processes your data

Prompts and reference images are sent to fal.ai and relevant model providers to generate videos. Payment processors handle checkout and payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Email, hosting and storage providers process information needed for their configured services. Optional analytics and support integrations run only when configured.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies maintain your login and language preference. We use access controls and protect configured provider secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, manage subscriptions and request account deletion from your account settings. Deletion may anonymize an account while preserving financial records needed for billing, refunds or legal obligations. Download videos you want to retain.
